To meet our data management day-to-day objectives we use a variety of desktop, web hosted, or even cloud hosted applications. These applications allow us to manage metadata inventories, repackage data in widely used data formats, streamline NCEI data archival, or visualize applications. These applications can be NOAA developed or not. In this session we would like to hear what application you use to meet your data management objectives in your office, lab or Line Office. Which application, platform, analysis or other data management tools has saved you hours of work, or allows you to meet your data management objectives - the one application we should all know about? While we would like to hear about applications from others you use, it could also be a platform your group developed, and has broad adoption. Tell us more about it, and highlight what the functionality is that won you over. If the venue allows, a short demo after a few slides will be welcomed.
