Session Chairs: Lauren Jackson, Lacey Mason, Jessica Morgan

In order to promote data as one of NOAA’s strategic assets, we are striving to create the culture change towards inherently embracing purposeful data stewardship. The tide is turning towards harmonizing data management throughout workflows across NOAA. This session is aimed for data managers across the spectrum of NOAA’s data holdings to highlight their success stories and lessons learned along the road of data stewardship. This session also aims to incorporate data producers as they are an essential part of the data management team. Case studies from both the NOAA Program Offices and project levels are encouraged.
